President / Founder
Raymond Jones is thee President of DHG4Vetrans. He has over 40 years of customer service experience working in transportation. He remembers how difficult it was to transition back into a regular routine of life after a honorable discharge including many accommodations. He believes that "no Veteran should be without a place he can call home as we we're not homeless when we were recruited.
Anita Jones
Vice President Director of Housing
Anita is responsible for the housing development, inventory and property management for DHGG4Veterans. She is a licensed Realtor with over 30 years of real estate, affordable housing, compliance, property management and executive management experience.
Anita is a graduate of Cal State University Dominguez Hills with Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
Stacey Jones Brown
Administrative Consultant
Stacey T. Jones Brown serves as the Administrative Consult to DHG4Veterans. She is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) with SSMC/Mayo Clinic in Adu Dhabi UAE. Her experience combines nearly 35 years in nursing, clinical practice and research. Her executive leadership along with her health care background is tremendous asset to the organization.
Stacey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Arts from the University of St. Francis and a Master's in Business Administration with a specialization in Project Management from Capella University.

Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Liberal Studies degree with a concentration in Public Relations and Minor in Psychology from Mercer University. She is currently seeking a Master's Degree in Wholistic Counseling from the University of Sedona.
John McCarty, III
Director of Marketing
John is the Director of Marketing for DHG4vets. John is responsible for marketing and advertising for DHG4vets. John is a Senior Store Manager with Mattress Firm and has worked in sales for over 18 years.
John is a graduate of Chapman University and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications.
Jason McCarty
Director of Finance
Jason McCarty is the Director of Finance at DHG4Vets. Jason is responsible for the financial operations including financial analysis, budgets and forecasting for DHGG4Vets. He currently serves as the Director of Ops Finance at Sweetgreens Restaurant and has over 10 years of financial analysis experience.
Jason is a graduate of Morehouse College and holds a Bachelor of Administration with a concentration in Finance.
